The place to discuss anything to do with computers, software, hardware, no matter how basic or technical. We all use this stuff, but we don't always understand it!

Extraordinary Flash-based online image editor - layers and plenty of Photoshop tools: Fauxto

Anyone up to speed on it yet? Heavily in Beta and can't raise the Help feature (they replied quickly to say it doesn't exist yet, but how could they help?).

I tried searching for relevant past posts on LMH and 1,600 results, but couldn't find one discussion....

Picnik has a following as well (thanks, Garri).

Hold everything - this is seriously good:

Pixenate

You can grab an image from anywhere (web, your PC, Facebook, Flickr etc.) play around with it (load of gadgets), resize, save it back to your PC, Flickr etc. or, very cool, they give you free storage and a link to view it. Full online version is a touch expensive ($599!) but hey...this was a flea-bitten postcard:

Voila:

View from our chalet 102 years ago: Mer de Nuages.......France in the background towards Chamonix, Mt Blanc, Chatel in foreground(ish) beside the Dents du Midi, Rhone Valley dunked in cloud, Great Granny Goat playing in snow etc.
