Meet 'n' greet or let 'em get on with it?

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

Hi All :) ,

I leave a folder with all the info in the house and also send extra info with the keys.
I have different info depending whether theyre hiring a car or not.
If they are I give them details of places to visit in the area and different beaches and Restaurants that are 'further afield'.

If theyre not, I send info thats full of things to do and Restaurants, Bars,Supermarkets,
in a walkable distance.[most are only 10 mins away]
Luckily theres lots to do and we have an Aqua Park, Sports Stadium and Large Shopping Mall, and the famous Salt Lakes
all within a 20 min walk.

I also have a map that I copied, this Ive marked with numbers, and directions on the back to amenities etc. and approximate walking times.
Seem a bit 'Janet and John' I know,
but lots of people seem to appreciate it.
The majority of the families I got this year didnt hire cars.

I also have a neighbour who runs a taxi service so thats helpful.

I also send a Torrevieja Map that I pick up at the Tourist Info places, so they can get a look at the area before they arrive[theyre free]..

Im not saying that they all read them but most seem to.

Regards Rosx
