Hi there,

New to the rental market and just discovered Laymyhat from a colleague - looks brilliant!

Had an dodgy-looking enquiry (below) via a listings site. Anyone had similar?...

WE really like your house a lot. Could you please send me more pictures.
It is the first time we rent a house via internet and we are a bit nervous. It is he first time we have a family reunion and it will mean a lot if all is perfect...especially the accomodation. THank you

Looks legit to me. No mention of pastors, conferences, wanting to book 6 rooms and no excruciatingly bad use of English etc etc. I would proceed with this one.

It does to me too. It seems to be written by someone who is not English, probably French, Spanish, Italian or similar.
