I like the orange but am not sure about the black background. Photos need improvement. You will need a better one at least to the home page. You can hardly see the villa there. Text should also be clearer and allow main information to be easily spotted. I did not see any details about facilities.
Good luck.

I would guess it's a condition of iowners.net but I would try to loose the sponsored links.

A link to a semi-pornographic web site, ThaiLoveLinks.com doesn't exactly smack of professionalism & links to other holiday destinations can't help much either.

On the whole I quite liked your site, but hate the advertising. I also found the print too small. Do remember that you have something like 7 seconds in which to make a good impression on those who view your website. I was also unsure about the colours, they're rather sombre and don't exactly put one in a holiday mood.

Most of your photos are super, with that lovely sun shining through the window, but one of them was dark and I personally would try to take the bathroom photos without the loo which is often not possible I know. I noticed there are no photos of the garden or views.

Good luck, you're nearly there.

Just going through the same process myself with iowners. I feel your main photo is poor. The large green fence or shubbery does not add to the picture. You have another one with the pool and an archway that looks more inviting. Your property looks very well but the long shadows in some pictures are distracting. Its impossible to please everyone with background colours but I do think the dark colours are not the best! My image of Spain is sun and sand etc! 8) , and I feel the dark colours are not in keeping with that. I feel your wording is very informative but I felt there is too much detail on the local area page. It put me off reading it! You dont have a map page, personally I feel that this is important so that guests can get a feel for the area.

You do have alot of bookings and its a fine property. Lots of good advice available here. Don't take any criticism to heart!

Best of luck. I have not paid to have paid ads removed but I must look at this again if some of their content could be off putting to propective clients.

Just a couple of very minor points. I think 'three bedroom villa' sounds better than 'three bedroomed villa', and you have spelt urbanisation wrong on the first paragraph.

I assume you must have change a few things since the first responses as I could find that porn link however hard I looked

I liked your site. The only things I thought about mentioning were that airconditioned on the first page is normally split to 2 words or hyphenated, and I think you ought to hae a picture of the exterior front of your property - the absence made me think it must be horrible for some reason (but it's probably not)

I'd have clicked through to find out more if I were looking.

I think your homepage has a lovely "fresh" look about it and the blue colour, coupled with the sunflowers are beautiful.

Your house looks so light and airy too and very comfortable.

Only problem I had was that it takes ages to view the slideshow and the pictures of the lounge are duplicated, when I wanted to move on to more. I am new at this, and my site is not yet up to scratch so I am still learning.

Judging from your bookings - you are on the right track!

A fantastic looking property, and I really like the crisp summery, holiday feel to your website. I would definitely change the index page photo, feels just too bare and dark compared to all your other images, perhaps to the 'view to the large naya' (where I can see myself sitting in those chairs with my SPF 50 sunscreen) or 'the south facing pool' image. Certainly a property I'd enquire about and I do love your pool fish!
