Thought I`d try a new site to see if it makes a difference, it`s just gone on, so there may be a few bugs.

Looks very smart to me

I like the slowly moving / fading text at the top - how do you do that?

It`s a flash animation, not everyone is keen on them, but I`ll leave it for the moment and see. Not sure if it shows the right words either.

I like the general look of it and the colors.
I think you should have the basic info about the properties on the Home page. Area, how many rooms, max capacity, etc.
Maybe you should have only one thing movving ... It gets a bit tyring.
