Sage Instant Accounting

Can anyone help?
I am trying to open a legit copy of Sage Instant accounting V11.01 but am getting the following error message:

User name is in use - the program cannot connect you at this time

It then stops the programme opening.

Can anyone advise?

Tou've probably fixed this by now, but for the record the Sage knowledgebase says to:

"[...] to log back into Sage Accounts you must delete the queue.dta file from within the Accdata directory"

After taking a backup of your data of course.
