The house comes across as lovely and the layout is modern and pleasant.
The homepage photo is not good as a stand alone photo. You need a few more there on the first page to showcase the interior and exterior common living space.
You need to talk more about the living space. the bedrooms look good but groups need to come together in living rooms, media rooms dining rooms etc.
Your album link is not working but even if you have a lot of photos in the gallery you need to have photos and info sections on all areas of the house, (kitchen facilities, dining, terraces, gardens, pools, outdoor facilities ie. croquet, tennis, badminton, room for a marquee?).
A floor plan wouldn't go amiss (floorplanner.com) so that groups can imagine how they would use the space.

Hey thanks for the review. I´m not sure if the solo photo for the home page where you choose language is apropiate, should i change the photo or just delete that whole page and go directly to the real home page?

When you say that the rooms "need to come together" what do you mean? I intended the rooms section just to be for the bedrooms...is that an error?

Ok, gotcha on the gallery and more info on the specific sections. Any good gallery page?

The floor plan is a great idea.

Thanks!

I meant that "groups of people need to come together etc... so you need to show where they can socialise.

I think the entry page with the language options and its photo is good but its really the home page that needs to have better photos and more of them. You need to get that wow factor on that page with photos and then the person can look for details.

The gallery page should just be a diaporama of all the photos of the house. I think that these photos have to show what you have been describing in your text and also if you add a floor plan, a visitor would have a good idea of the layout of the whole house. All this helps the visitor imagine the house in 3D in his head and if he can visualise himself in the house he is more likely to book.

Also you should name your bedrooms, its a nice touch and have photos of EVERY room. Also if you have more than one living room name each one differnetly according to use or furnishings ie. drawing room, library, media room, family room(usually with TV), games room.

You mean if people say it is too much?

Well some say: " it´s totally normal, considering the size of the villa and all the things in it"

Other say: "wow, i´ve been in hundreds of villas an none asks for this much"

I think its reasonable, considering we have dozens oil paintings, good furniture, industrial kitchen etc.

It is a lot, but as you say it's a big place, I have never seen a deposit structured to the amount of kids you have, I kinda like the idea personally, but I could also see some parents seeing this as a non-child-friendly villa, and given your size children would be inevitable

Well its a learning process. We first did not have this like it is right now...but a couple of year ago we had a party of 8 adults and 10 children all between 6 and 12 years...imaginate that...

It was a total disaster, mostly because the two times i went up to clean the pool and other duties it was wild, parents where chilling and the kids where doing their own thing...

Chairs where dirty, tables had fork marks all over, sofas stained...and a long etc...

When we passed them the bill they did not complain at all.

Hey thanks for the loading time thoughts... could i ask what internet speed do you have?

I kinda knew it, photos are pretty heavy, might get them to be lighter...

Umm dunno! Can't even work out where to find it either  , newish Mac........ Should be 1 gig/1 Mg, does that sound about right?

However, went back to try again and did get a bit further, but overall I'd have given up if I was a punter.

Lovely looking place andilubio

Just a few comments

It may be a good idea to have the site proof read as the language is a bit confusing in places - eg in the Location and info sections - it sounds a bit like an automatic translation

"Whether you are coming from the Malaga Airport or Marbella via the N-340 the prior roads are the same to reach La Era."
and
"Granada, where the Alhambra is an obligated visit" etc

you also refer to the property as a Hotel in this section.

And (this may be my problem and not to do with your site) I can´t make the Album link work

I´ve been making some changes...

Made the photos con each page smaller so it loads faster...also have the album page running, but not sure if i like it... i´m trying out picasa, give me your thoughts and also if there is anything better. I´m still too "dummie" to do some thing in the website.

Lorca I´ll have a look at what you say...my dad did those texts and he does not write perfect english.

I might re-do all the texts of the site as they seem light at some points.
