Just had an invite from this lot - supposed to be launching in Nov and apparantly getting high listings on google etc they promise.

This is what they are offering if anyone is interested - I'm not sure whether its worth the effort to go on these brand new sites - they seem to take such a longtime to have a decent database and tbh I think their name is a bit cheeky..
No doubt many more of you will have been contacted too - do other people bother?

"do other people bother?"
I wouldn't bother with a site I couldn't see - this one is invisible (unless I've missed something).
Best,
Alexia.

I registered and advertise my property on this website, and have received quite a few enquiries to-date. If you look now, you will see my property in the Featured Property section at the top of the page....I also paid to appear in the golf section. I think the previous posts were back in the early days, but I think the site has developed into a nice looking, user-friendly site which now appears to advertise a lot of properties from all over the world. You can still register and advertise your property for free, but they did send a newsletter saying this offer will end in soon.

Oh. November 2005? Have we missed the boat - were we supposed to register before 1st November 2005????

Oops!!

I've just realise that the original posting on this thread WAS in 2005, not earlier on today as I first thought. So maybe it is a genuine coincidence that PJ chose this as his/her first post...

And actually, having jumped to conclusions above, I've just had a look at the website and I have to admit that it does look pretty good!!! Once it is more established then I would consider advertising there. But I think it will need more than 3 months to get established so I don't think it is worth my while spending the time inputting my property for the time being. Now, if they were offering a year's free subscription then I may be tempted....

PJ - If you do have anything to do with the site, why don't you come clean and let us know. Other rental site owners are members on this forum - they are open about it and it is a symbiotic relationship. :)

If you genuinely have nothing to do with the site and are a genuine property owner then welcome to the forum and I apologise for casting aspersions above but it wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened. :)

I did advertise with them - never paid anything, never had any enquiries. Heyho. It is quite a nice looking site but just doesn't seem to get the traffic..

You seem to have the same surname as the owner of the site. Any relation?
