Should we add a Hot Tub?

Agencies and other headaches, keys and cleaners, running costs and contracts...in short, all the things we spend so much of our time doing behind the scenes.<br>

After browsing the forum for getting on for a year, here's my first post!

We used to have a hot tub in our garden in England and loved it - but I wouldn't consider having one in a rental property as they are much harder to maintain than a pool, and the chances of nasty bugs like legionnaires are just too high!

If you are on-site to control it then they can be great fun - I'm even thinking of putting one in our house in the Algarve for when it's too cold to use the pool!
