Hello there,
I do not know if I am touching a thorny subject, but I would like your opinion on what sort of registration you have done with the Greek authorities, especially with EOT.
You can PM if you want!

Thanks,

To fully comply with Greek law, my understanding is that you need:

1) A license from EOT (Greek National Tourist Organisation), for which your property will need to be checked to ensure it complies with the regulations, and you will have to pay a fee.

2) To be registered in business as a tourist organisation or self employed person. For this, you will need to register at the tax office as a business or eleftheros epaggelmatias and be making social security payments (TEVE).

3) Keep a list of all guests (Biblio Portas). This list must be located on teh premises for the authorities to check if they pay a visit.
