Just wondered as the websites look the same and maybe if this was some sort of scam?

They don't look the same to me. Maybe a few similar colours but that's all. I don't think you can copyright style - only content. Why do you think its a scam??

It's like Frankenstein's child! - a real mix of holidaylettings, holidaylets, click4holidayhomes and holidayrentals.
Do you think he's also going to change his name to Ross for full acceptance in the rental listing industry?
