French rental site.

OTA = Online Travel Agency, which means those sites that sell the booking and take the payment for you.

Paul,

It looks very interesting but it's not immediately obvious how one registers a letting property on the site. Have I missed something?

Susan,
A friend in Paris told me about it, he uses it most years to book his hols.

Alan,
Not got that far yet! I was thinking of giving it a spin around the second week of Jan ( main booking time for us )

Its also available as a weekly paper a bit like Loot, but a bit more up market
Cheers

PAP (particulier à particulier) is one of the best-known property weeklies in France. It's in black& white and is more down-market than Bertrand, Le Figaro, etc. I'd be surprised if an up-market property found tenants through it. For a medium-priced or low-priced property it should work but remember that English booking conditions (amount of deposit, time of final payment etc) are substantially different from French ones.
Best,
Alexia.
