good luck Brenda - we get quite a few long lets out of the summer season for the same reason. Also better for touring when it´s not so hot (we usually give the same sort of discount)
Hope someone takes us up on this as it is perfect walking country/weather in the mountains surrounding us and 20 minutes away people can literally have a beach to themselves.
