What months do you get most enquiries

Hi, im trying to get a feel of what months are peak enquiry periods for home owners in Italy.
...for me its March, April, May, Oct and Nov
what about you?

For us is earlier October / November and January/ February Most weeks are taken by April.

Hi,
Peak enquiries for us are Oct/Dec, then Jan through to April. Most weeks are booked by then.

Same here - usually by April we are fully booked from May - end Sept. Fingers crossed this year is the same!

thats great! having your vacation rental in bologna do you cater mainly to medical tourism?

Hi
Our guests are a real mix - Bologna airport has really expanded in the last few years with Ryanair. So our guests range from visitors to the exhibition center to European travellers coming via France and direct flights. As we are within easy travel distance of Pisa, Bologna, Milan, Parma and Rimini airports we seem to do ok. Of course, I would always like a few more bookings outside of the season but generally we are booked from May to early of Oct.
