Aren´t we missing out the fact that there is just as an important factor in this equation - the quality of the material you put on to the rental site?

I'm a newbie to www.holiday-rentals.com but so far have been pleased with the enquiries and bookings I have had from it. All was very quiet until after the new year and the last 2 weeks have been busy. I think it is important to update the availability weekly and churn the main picture, not that many people enquiring seem to trust the availability...
