Filey newbie

Hi, just joined this forum as hubby and me are currently in the process of buying a flat in Filey which we intend to use ourselves and also rent out to holidaymakers. We're going to need to do some refurbishment and wondered if there's anyone who could recommend tradesmen in the Filey area

Thanks, good idea. Spoke to Matt last time we were in Filey before we put offer on property and he gave some really good information in helping us making a decision on what/where to buy. Hoping to get completion date fairly soon so will pop in to see him next time we're there.
