I was looking around for software that might help with my accounts (not my strongpoint!) and instead came across Kigo
kigo.net
- a rental management software package that is similiar to what Richard offers with Pims but with a few extra things.
Has anyone here used them?
Quite like the look of what they offer but they might just look good but not really offer anything worth paying more for

I've not came across them before. I always feel nerves about giving information out to a third party. If you want a basic spread sheet with formulas for your bookings and accounts, I have a template which I made up, I don't mind emailing it over.

Thanks for the offer Cotterdale, my Dad has now rustled up an excel template that will make it all a lot easier
