Property management in Nice

Can anyone recommend somebody to handle change-overs for a flat in central Nice?

The flat is 2 rooms with patio and sleeps up to 4. Change-overs involve cleaning the apartment, changing and washing the bedlinen and towels, and checking for damage and breakages.

Change-over day is Saturday.

A private individual is preferable but I'm open to recommendations for property management companies.
