We have a water meter on our 2 bedroom but not on the 3 bedroom. What do you advise for the 3 bedroom sleeps 5/6?
It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

Well I would say it depends on what your current bill is, how often your 3 bed property is booked and how often those bookings are for max occupancy - only you know this and therefore only you can answer if it sensible to move to a meter!
