first guests tommorrow feeling nervous

Hello everyone,
Well the guests have left, no phone calls or other incidents apart from a phone charger being left. I have texted them to get an address to send it to and they have replied that they had a great time, so fingers crossed for a good first review.
I was a little nervous because it was a group of 8 females ( though not a hen party, I have said no to those and groups of under 30 males on stag weekends)
Regarding Sykes, you can book for your own use, advertise yourself and generate bookings for up to 13 weeks, they prefer non peak weeks but it is not prohibited.
The poaching aspect only applies if you are still in contract to them, but if you have left then I assume that aspect is negated.
