poor you... i just asked the former 3 yr old (now 34) but he doesn't remember a thing about it. in the 50s and the 60s here, no loos or bathrooms had locks in most newly built apartments! it seems that 3 is the 'tender age', to start fiddling with locks...? :roll:

When my nephew locked himself in the bathroom at our parents' home, my mother immediately had all the door locks changed with 'child proof' ones which could be opened from the outside.
Are these not available anymore? (Excuse TC!)

Going back to the original thread. I have had a reply from Lynn Featherstone at the Home Office via my MP laying out in detail the governments position on age discrimination in holiday let properties Must say I'm impressed. I sent the email more in hope than anticipation. It's a very interesting read. Not as black and white as you might think.

If someone can tell me how to link a document to here I will or pm me with an email address & I'll send a copy.
