Hello all.. I joined about 6 weeks ago when I found Lay My Hat and first I just had a few questions about our site. Well I took your advice and made many changes and it seems to be working wonders.
We have only been UP for 6 weeks and really only had the home in our name for less than 2 weeks. Ok .. I admit.. I DID have it listed as a rental prior to us owning it.. but I didnt want to wait until the last minute and have it sitting empty.
The good thing is we had 8 bookings before we owned it and have since booked about 4 more. So we feel things are starting off well.
I put the question out a while back about getting more hits with a url specific to the page or one burried deep in another page. I guess I will have my own answer in a month.. our first page that was a temp page actually got 2/10 pagerank from Google in the first month. I hope our new one does as well.
