Boiler Service Contract

Any recommendations? BG has one for £13 pcm which includes landlord safety check.

A plumber told me that new boilers tend to need little attention for the first five years or so beyond the legally required inspections.

From then on things can start go go wrong.

Ours happily sailed on for 8 years before any work was required on it at all. It then got expensive.
No web-site for now.

Hi Apexblue

I use JW Jones & Sons in colwyn bay. I find them no more expensive than BG - very helpful and because I'm a "regular" they always get out to me in a day or two (sometimes the same afternoon) They remind me about the safety cert. which is useful because I've got a memory like a sieve.

Take care,

I listed some articles giving the pros and cons, as always check what's in the terms and conditions as they are a minefield.
