Longshot - we would like to swap for a couple of weeks, Christmas and New Year or any other off-season period. We have no pets - and there's just the two of us. Please see our website for cottage details.

We are in Northumberland, that too far away from Yorkshire?? Takes us 2 hour drive to Leeds, guess you want to be near family?

Oh, shame. That is just a bit too much of a commute methinks! We have family in Hull (I know I know - not much of a holiday destination!)
From Leeds we would still have at least another hour to drive unfortunately. One advantage though could be very restricted babysitting opportunities!

wouldn't wish to do a swap but would do a discount if you wanted to book with us
