Apologies but I originally posted this in the wrong forum!

When you spend time and effort on your own site you can get too involved and it takes a 2nd / 3rd person to critique it.

Hi Hobbo

Put it this way, I think I might have found my next holiday destination. I think your place looks great.

The only constuctive critisim I have is the font size. On the front page I find the font too small, then on some other pages (the About page in particular) you have 2 different font sizes. I think it would be better to stick to the larger of these two sizes throughout.

I think someone has been listing to advice from other LMHers.
Nice clean website to show off a nice clean property.
Only 3 comments.
The grey border at the top should be removed and sometimes I can see a bit of green poking it’s tail out at the bottom of the page, this too should be removed.
Website loads quickly
This one is not so much about the website more about business: Do you only accept payments in UK sterling? If so that does limit your market a bit.

Ju and casasantoestevo

many thanks for the comments and taking the time to review.

I will endeavour to edit and incorporate in the next release.

casasantoestevo not sure about the duplicate site stuff, will research further, it is one website with redirects I have also included the following code:
<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.villa-in-kalkan.co.uk/" />

which I thought would overcome this issue, however I may be wrong.... I often am!

again may thanks for the feedback.

For Google's interpretation on conical links
http://support.google.com/webmasters/bi ... wer=139394
You can do a redirect form one website to your preferred website.

The above should cover one of the ways most suitable for your hosting/website language.

I'm no expert on all the tetchy stuff but I thought the website was lovely. If I were looking it would give me all the information I need. The pictures are lovely. A really nice clean site.

Me too!

I love this website. Clean, easy to navigate, easy on the eye colour scheme that matches the feel of the property, full of information. I moved the virtual tour.

If ever I can get all our children free at the same time it would be the perfect choice for us.

Many thanks for all the +ve comments on our villa and the website, the feedback has been excellent and really helpful. I have tried to incorporate the amendments (font sizes had me puzzled for a while but found an error in a style sheet eventually). I'll be out to close the villa down in November and will take my camera with me to take some new photos (weather permitting) before locking up. :D
