Nice apartment for Melbourne Australia

I am looking to exchange my holiday apartment in Nice, France for an apartment/house in Melbourne, Australia for about 4 to 5 weeks this December (2012) and January (2013). Can be flexible with dates and length of stay.

It is a two roomed apartment, 52 square metres located in the heart of Nice. Easy reach to beach, shops, restaurants and other French Riviera towns.
We are a couple, non-smoking and with no pets. We are flexible with location provided it is close to the CBD.
