Apparently the tax on rental income for non-residents will go up from 16% to 28% next year

It is the people who do the right thing, get a license, declare income that suffer. There are so many owners who that don't and their prices are cheaper. As I am licensed I need to clean & change linen after 7 days so 9 & 10 day lettings carry more costs & now I have to allow for extra tax.
Utilities are due to rise yet again.Is it worth it.
