Website

All this has given me a lot of food for thought. I decided to used iowners templates because it seemed it was an easy way of starting a website but now I'm finding the restrictions of not being able to make amendments of design etc. rather burdensome. Be grateful for any suggestions as to suitable build your own sources. I'm not able to write computer speak but I've used computers for years.

I have used many different types. Started with google pages which is quite simple and free but still has some restrictions. Also tried iweb on the mac which is very easy but also slightly restrictive. I have finally gone for Rapidweaver which costs about $30. I have spent about $50 in extras such as a theme and some add-ons. It is very easy to learn and is more for non-programmers. You can fiddle behind the scenes if you want but you don't have to. Others will no doubt have tried different software and be able to advise.

I am probably a bit prejudiced as we also created a website with iowners for our apartment. We have found it works as we have had several enquiries and several bookings direct from the website. I certainly like yours and I think you must have paid for the option of removing publicity. We have been wondering whether to do the same but hesitate to spend more money when our site seems to work anyway.

The only thing I would say is to question why you should have a link to your holiday listing sites when all the information is there on your site.
