Forcing google.com to appear?

The place to discuss anything to do with computers, software, hardware, no matter how basic or technical. We all use this stuff, but we don't always understand it!

Does anyone know how to view google.com (with numerous Beta projects not available on other Googles) in Europe?

We get auto-forwarded (?) to google.co.uk or google.ch depending on (a) computer being used or (b) ISP being used.

Hi

When this happens, the options below the search box normally include one that says : go to google.com

e.g. http://www.google.fr

Oh, great, thanks Peter - I've been trying to tune in for months to .com

Do you know the url for google in China? And in China would it work in reverse or be blocked? Bit of a blackmark for Google?
