Strange day yesterday

We got about six enquires yesterday one after the other from different sites, all for around the same dates and all wanting two to four nights. We never get that many enquires in one day, normally they are for a week at least! So far not one has come back to us.
All is rather odd as we normally have a very low level of enquires and a high level of conversion due to our location.
I answered them in the same manner and I didn't feel I was being scammed in any way. Strange!

We find that just as things seem quiet we suddenly get a slew of enquiries. 7 on Tuesday but nothing for 3 days before that. We are on several different sites so it can't be a delivery problem.
