Sadly no Dewey! We went there on our honeymoon and it is our tenth anniversary this year, so I'd love to return, but it certainly won't be this year.

Good friends of mine just did 14 nights honeymoon there and loved it.
Another mate, sells quite a few holidays to Mauritius - all honeymooners. Is there much of a market, for a normal holiday maker, or is it mostly 5* AI?

Yea for sure Revdev there are options across the spectrum, budget to high end.

We went as an alternative to the holiday we had booked in Sri Lanka - we were due to travel just after their big tsunami so had to book an alternative location or lose the much-needed break.
We were booked into a lovely small, family run all-inclusive (we normally go self-catering) and had a marvellous time. Mind, it did help that OH and I both parler francais
