I remember some of you thinking about going in for this - has anyone actually done it? got any responses?
I'm tempted..

the million pixel holiday thing?
Hi
I have a regional information site, so no bookings !
It is pretty well insignificant : I get 1000 visitors per day so 81 hits in 6 weeks is not so interesting.
However, I was hoping that the link itself could be useful. It is PR 5. However the actual link is not direct : it goes via another php url.

Hi
Yes, google do eventually pick up php dynamic web pages.
The link to my logo is "http://www.travelpixel.net/counter/click.php?id=165"
This must then be converted into my actual URL somewhere else.
Not sure if the PR5 on the page with the logos will follow through though.

Took another look at TravelPixel - the stats page seems to have more genuine links on it, still mimimal benefit for each site though of course
Nice idea all the same...I read the blog of the original million dollar pixel guy, turning in three months from impoverished student to rich whizz-kid. Amazing.
Worth a shot I reckon.
