PIMS referral code?

Post by Rossetti »

So, Ive got PMP sorted (ish!) and PIMS is my next job. Anyone got a referral code?
Also, some advice on which option - Ive got 3 properties in the UK, use an agency (which has priority over everything else) with HL (on commission) and Airbnb to fill gaps, and Im just starting to think about taking bookings direct (hence the website). We offer year round week and short breaks. Its between standard and gold with gold offering short break plans which seems to give it the edge.
Experienced PIMS (or other system) users - any thoughts?

Go for gold. I started on standard when I had one property but had to come up with complicated pricing of extras to work out short breaks. I now have three properties to organise. Gold is designed for short breaks and has all the online capability that you can integrate with PMP. Sorted.

PIMS referral code

Post by Sheffield89 »

We are taking the advice offered on this forum.

Have professional photos taken. Great advice. £150 for about 100 shots, that were much better than one we have taken.

Use PromoteMyPlace. This is easy to use and is (I/we think) looking good http://cocketts.promotemyplace.com

and next. A booking system please.

PIMS seems to be the "got to" system as we read this forum so would anyone like to provide a referral code?

We have one property (it's next door to our home) and we would like to be able to price short breaks (weekends) and mid week stays. So any advice on which variant also welcome.

thanks.

Referral Code

Post by DogsMum »

Hi All new to the forum but have been viewing for a while, when we have been setting up our first holiday rental in Anglesey. I have found the site really great for info for newbies!

I was just wondering if there was any chance of a referral code for the PIMS system, as I think we may take the plunge and get it all set up.

Many Thanks

PIMS- referral code

Post by Pixiepower »

Hi,

Having had a look at freetobook and the PIMS trial version, the latter looks good value.
Would someone be able to give me a referral code?

Thanks
