Hello everyone,
I finally sorted out a rental site and the advert went live last Friday (7th) on holiday-rentals.com , enquiry yesterday and it's been confirmed today - yippee!! The last two weeks in August, premium prices too! Cheque in the post for the full amount.............
This has more than paid for the advert!!
I know this is old hat to all you old timers but I can't say how thrilled I am!!
If anyone wants to have a look it's at

I don't think it will ever be old hat for me - I am excited every time and nervous until I get that first booking each season. Well done you!

What views you have Kathy, not surprised you received a booking quickly, all the best for the rest of the season.
After 4 yrs the excitement is still with us too.

Congratulations!
Now just wait until they're due to arrive... I was incredibly nervous the whole week our first clients were in the house!

Mostly on the hotel side even after doing it for so long I get nervous when the first guests of the new season are due ..frequently hoping they will be a "no show"
