Child-friendly property in South East England

I had a Dutch family stay with me a couple of years, who have children who will be 8 and 12 years old this year. They have just contacted me to ask if know of any properties in the South of England with a similar setup to mine. Can anyone help?

(Mine has a few cottages together, with children's play area and covered swimming pool)

Near Ashford in Kent easy access to London, Canterbury etc.

Has 3 star Gold award and good reviews.
