Just received an sms alert from PMP for an enquiry but the email still hasn't appeared.
I've sent PMP an email.
Thank heavens for SMS alerts - the enquirer has already come back to hold the dates.

I think some PMP owners didn't get the text alert as they hadn't realised there was that option on their account! It's a very useful and important option.SandyBeaches wrote:I think the previous issue was no PMP or email either, but the enquiry was there on the dashboard.
PMP are pretty good at sorting things out quickly and normally very helpful.
Having said that, this enquirer also contacted me thru Ownersdirect, full belt and braces! (and he's booking 12 nights )
PMP have been v helpful as usual and reported to me that the problem's resolved. Haven't yet sent myself a test.
