Wanted: Accommodation for 2 near Truro/Falmouth

Hi,
I'm looking for a week in July '15 in the Mylor Bridge/Flushing area of Cornwall, for 2 people. Not sure about absolute dates yet.
Thought I may as well try LMH members before I go looking elsewhere. Do we have any members in that area?
I have a place in Ivybridge, Devon, on the southern edge of Dartmoor. Happy to consider a swap or I'll just pay the rental.
