Is it a bit much to call a guest at work?

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

I know the Yanks don't think there is a world outside the good 'ol US of A, but really???? Methinks you are paranoid

Replace USA with UK, and you've got the tone of UK politics for the next five years :/

Well, the Wednesday deadline expired, I reopened the dates on Thursday morning - just sold all bar one of the days. So, whatever happened, her holiday is lost.

Hope she's okay!

It may remain forever a mystery! She must have money to throw away.

Well done on capturing nearly all the replacement booking dates though :)

not calling

I am really glad you didn´t call her at work, it would seem a bit stalkerish, tbh.:) given that she didn´t provide her work number

Great to hear you've rebooked successfully.

Still odd that you've heard nothing at all from her. Presumably your t&cs allow you to keep what she's paid you, but even if you wanted to refund her anything you can't as you don't have bank data?

Yes, very strange she hasn't contacted you. Look forward to an update if and when she contacts you.

I'm half expecting her to turn up. I've no idea why I'm expecting that, but it's at the back of my mind.

No response still!

Hopefully I will forget about this thread because she doesn't actually turn up....!

Why? Does she have your address and/or other access information?

Normally we do not supply that until balance is fully paid.

I've no idea what HomeAway sends guests. She hasn't received our information pack, but I presume HomeAway has send information as part of the booking.

Perhaps not.

On a subscription listing HA don't send the guest anything - that process is entirely in your hands. When it comes to commission listings I have no idea.
