Eeek! Monstrous insect

Dead I can cope with, but a living one moving at speed would probably have me shrieking hysterically.

I believe that insects moving at speed are generally predators and useful to have around hoovering up the slower ones that do the damage.

Even my mother, who was petrified of spiders, learned the trick of putting a glass over the spider in the bathtub, sliding a bit of cardboard underneath and putting her unwelcome visitor safely in the garden.
