Thanks Casscat! Our garden path leads past the pool right onto the beach - we own from the road to the high tide mark... It will be so sad to leave, but we are planning on building on our lot on the hill above at the other end of the beach... PLEASE do share with friends and on Facebook, etc, it's hugely appreciated!
