Is your website customer-focused?

Everything to do with using your own website to advertise your rental property. Design, usability, hosting, getting listed on the search engines, optimising your site, pay-per-click, etc, etc.

I have a selfish website. I knew my website was stubborn and at times unpredictable but never considered the selfish side as well.

I got different results depending on what I typed in as my company name. So I then consulted my tarot cards and got 100% customer focused - that will do for me!

Yes, I tried it last night, and not having a company name tried various potential company names with varying results. Anything between 20% and 100% customer focus.

Analysis of http://www.crabbieswarehouse.com, with the company name of CRABBIES

Customer Focus: 0%
Self Focus: 0%
It appears that your web page has 0 words focused on your visitor, while it has 0 words focused on your business. That means your site is focused on your customer 0% of the time, while focused on your business 0% of the time.
Oh gosh - no wonder I've only ever got two bookings through it! Not that I mind, HomeAway does a good job for me. But still... something for me to think about!

Fun little tool but a complete nonsense if you want use ethical SEO techniques to get good search results! No-ones going to find your company name (or property by name) if you never mention it so that you are 'customer focused'!

Oh dear - I'm pretty sure I don't even use the word "Customer" anywhere on my website
Not sure if that means I'm completely foocused.
