Provision of telephone and internet connection?

Agencies and other headaches, keys and cleaners, running costs and contracts...in short, all the things we spend so much of our time doing behind the scenes.<br>

Brooke,
You ring 3253 (having already registered for the service via 1014), & then choose the break down you want (day, interval, etc). You can have a breakdown of every call, including the number dialled out )- very useful if there is a group booking.
Best,

Alexia,

Thank you! So it's something that has to be done from the phone number in question, then. That makes sense.

That's right, Brooke - "it's something that has to be done from the phone number in question". FT will probably get its act together soon & make this service available from other numbers (with your code).
Best,
Alexia.

We don't have a phone in our cottages ... and the feedback from visitors is that they like the fact that no-one from work can contact them!

Up until December we also had no mobile phone reception (yep, such places still exist!!). This has now changed - but only for Vodafone. We now have a cheapo Vodafone which is available for guests to rent at a cheap price with a deposit which is refundable on return of the phone. It seems to work well. This option works for us as we meet our guests personally and they return the keys to us at the end of their stay. It might not suit everyone, but maybe one to think about.
