I don't understand how this works. I added a 'book now' button to the finca's FB page and the stats say I've had two clicks this week but I've not received any enquiries or notifications. What happens when you click 'book now'? Does it generate a message?

Mine clicks through to my booking page on my website. I guess it depends what you asked it to do when you set it up.

I can't remember! I'll have to see if I can find out the setting. What I cannot do is test whether it feeds through or not because my personal FB account is linked to my finca account. I will have to ask a friend to check it for me.

No it doesn't create a booking it takes the person through to your website so they can either contact you (or not)

I think most people use it just to see what happens but I'm sure at some point people will start to use it to book

It's a great addition imo

Well I checked and my settings do include a link to my site. Not inundated with FB originated bookings as yet but I live in hope
