Problems selling holiday Lets

Someone with a Holiday Let in Malta contacted us a few days ago and prompted an article on the subject.
The more that I dug into the matter, the more complicated it all became. The problem is that the usual methods of valuing a business cannot be used in most cases and normal methods of residential valuation of property also appear inadequate.
