Good to hear that responses through the OD dashboard get trhough.
I think I will reply initially through that. I know we all hate the big brother issue but if it gets through then that's more of a positive. After all we can still access the email address for future reference.
As casscat says I can then follow up via my own email if the enquirer continues the dialogue
