Someone left me a comment in the visitors book complaining that the village shop had short changed them.

Not sure I can do much about that as I think it's out of my control.

Stop ducking your responsibilities. That one's on your job list just under the "Weather" bullet point.

The sea was too salty.
Some guests just need a sympathetic pat. On the head. With a hammer.

Yep had that one too.

What I don't get is how Walkers manage to get sea salted crisps without them getting all soggy, Amazing!

Well you shouldn't have been b*nk*ng on it anyway. Eww, how unhygienic! Think yourself lucky you didn't ignite the hob whilst you were at it!

Great thread! Restores my faith in human stupidity.

Luckily we have had none for a couple of years year now.

Yep love it. Why haven't I ever had one in nine years? Must be something not right with my set up!!

Too perfect, perhaps

In early days had a couple who left after a few days because 'we didn't realise France was so big' Showed me a map bought on the ferry - 'look it is the same size as a map of the UK'......speechless

Last year had a couple of cyclists who on first morning asked us how far the lake was - we looked at their map as there is a lake nearby to find it was map of a completely different region of France...they thought they were in the Savoie region, we are in Poitou Charentes. They had just typed in our GPS co-ordinates to reach us & had no idea where they were in France!! Funny thing is they booked to return this year as they liked it so much!!

'It's too dark at night.'

I think they meant there are no streetlights in the middle of the Irish countryside.

On TA "The one slight negative is that there is no outside space"

We don't claim to have outside space. It would be great if we did but can't magic it up.

I reply to all TA reviews but not done yet since hard to not be sarcastic
