I use SAGE at work but I think it would be overkill for a holiday rental - have a look at Quickbooks.

I have used Quickbooks for years. Had it for my PR business, and just added another file/company for when I started the holiday lets 5 years ago.

It's very easy/simple to use and the support is great.
