Italian lakes

Can anyone who has a property in the Italian lakes please contact me. I am looking for 2 bed accommodation (4 adults) - either June or September 2016. For 2 weeks, although 2 adults will probably only stay a week.
A pool would be nice - but at the moment fairly flexible about location etc. if you could pm me please with links to websites I would be very grateful.
I could book through one of the listing sites but would prefer to book direct with owners if at all possible.
