Scotland Xmas for Spain

Hi all,
Long shot probably but looking for a place in Scotland (ideally near ish to Perth/Perthshire - St Andrews maybe) for a 3/4 nights or even a week arriving Xmas eve.
Would be for 4/6 adults + 1 baby - 2/3 bedrooms ideally within walking distance to a town so we can walk to a pub/restaurant
Doesn't have to be simultaneous swap. Even if swap isn't feasable if anyone has any availability over Xmas period then would be interested in hearing from you.
