Large Yorkshire coast property for Canada?

Just wondering if anyone out there has a property in Canada they'd be willing to swap with us. We are visiting our son in Toronto in the first 2 weeks of July 2016 and would be looking for a week either in the Toronto/Niagara area or alternatively Quebec/Montreal as hoping to do a mini tour within driving distance of Toronto whilst we are there - but totally flexible at the moment and open to suggestions. There will be 5 of us so a 3 bedroom house or apartment would be fine. We could offer a week to suit in one of our houses in either Scarborough (sleeps 12) Whitby (sleeps 12) or Sandsend (sleeps 10)(all Yorkshire coast).
